No early release for William Flynn

Gunman in Smart case denied release:
Previously I’ve posted about how Pam Smart’s instrument of death, William Flynn, had requested early release from prison for the murder of Smart’s husband.

Flynn had claimed he had turned his life around and asked for an early release stating he’s spent more than half his life in prison.

That request has been denied but Flynn will be eligible for parole three years earlier that originally planed.

Flynn will be up for parole in 2015.
