No death penalty for accused dentist killer
No death penalty against cop accused of murder:
I originally posted about John Yelenic here. He was the Pennsylvania dentist who was allegedly killed by ex-State Trooper Kevin Foley at the request of Yelenic’s wife who was having an affair with Foley.
The latest is that prosecutors will not be seeking the death penalty against Foley which I guess is good for him but Dr. Yelenic didn’t have that choice. No other charges have been filed yet but the investigation, as they say, is still ongoing.

it makes you wonder, what would happen if the shoe was on the other foot.
