No change of venue for state trooper
Change of venue denied for Foley trial:
A judge has denied the defense’s request to move the trial of former Pennsylvania State Trooper Kevin Foley.
Foley’s stands accused in the 2006 death of Dr. John Yelenic. Foley was living with with Dr. Yelenic’s estranged wife at the time.
The judge ruled that as of right now there is no sufficient evidence to support moving the trail but as the trial draws closer he may amend his ruling.
And as far as I know Michele Yelenic is still not facing any charges.

This trial needs to stay in Indiana County, it happen here, and needs to be finished here. Even if moved to another county, the proof as it stands(The DNA being the most damning) should be enough to put this cold killer in prison for the rest of his life. As this goes closer and closer to trial, I would look for the DA to offer some kind of plea, that maybe would spare him the rest of his life in prison, but a very very long time. Something like 35 years in exchange for Michele, and possible another trooper who may have been at the sceen of the crime, if you live anywhere around Blairsville or Indiana county you know, if you have any kind of a brain that this act WAS NOT done alone. Conspiracy.
