New twist in Kelsey Peterson case
Kelsey Peterson Back In Nebraska; Lawyer Alleges Victim Has 2 Yr. Old Son:
The lawyer for everyone’s kid touching country fleeing teacher, Kelsey Peterson, is claiming that Peterson’s victim is still older than everyone says and has a child of his own.
“His birth parents are here illegal and we doubt that birth certificate is genuine. The date of birth of that birth certificate is different than the date of birth he gave Lexington police.”
Davis says this despite the Dawson county attorney agreeing the boy is 13.
But Davis says another birth certificate is the main reason he thinks the boy is older.
“This young man who’s been viewed as a victim has a two-year-old child himself,” said Davis.
Davis believes the boy’s own child proves he must be older.
“If he’s 13, he didn’t father a child at 11-years-old.”
I think this case just qualified to be made into a made for Lifetime movie.
Her attorney better be able to produce this alleged child or she’s going away for a long time.
