Man Plans Battered Husband Defense In Wife’s Slaying:
44-year-old Ray Spradley of Indianapolis shot his wife to death, 29-year-old Nikki Henderson, in 2006. Spradley is claiming that he was the victim of domestic abuse. Police reports indicate that Spradley had previously called the police four times about being battered.
Henderson had once been arrested for domestic battery but was directed to a ‘diversion program’.
If what Spradley claims is true it just goes to show that domestic violence laws in this country are just as ineffective for males as it is for females.

I was in admin. seg. right next to spradley and he is one of the saddest repentful men i’ve ever seen and everone is wrong about him. He shouldn’t have got so much time.

She was 29 He was 44 (f*cking creepy already) and he got whupped so hard (4 freaking times!!!) that he called the cops?!!!
A woman that got beat like that would have “The burning Bed” Defense This poor B*st*rd has no defense unless he is a 90lb closet dragqueen and can claim that it was due to his being a closet case
