Future Wife Beaters Unite: 16 Year Old Boy Beats his 15 Year Old Girlfriend
In a bit of heartwarming (please note the sarcasm) news today we have the story of a 16 year old, Putnam County boy who beat up his 15 year old girlfriend. According to reports, after he finished beating her he also followed her on his skateboard as she went to the police station to report what he had done.
Tyler A. Kubichko has been scheduled to appear in court on the charges of third degree assault (a misdemeanor) and second degree menacing. Kubichko was arrested Monday afternoon after the incident. According to reports, the couple got in an argument at the boy’s home. The girl told the police in her statement that Kubichko picked up a chair an put it over his head like he was going to hit her with it, but instead grabbed her arm and knocked her down. He then threatened to hurt her.
He continued to threaten to hurt her as she walked down the street to a police substation and he followed behind on his skateboard. After the report, a police Deputy located the boy walking down the road and he was promptly taken into custody. He was arraigned and is awaiting a hearing. Meanwhile, the girl was issued an order of protection against the boy.
