Ex-Husband Surrenders in Murder of Ex-Wife and her Current Husband
In Nevada County, Arkansas police are holding a man who fatally shot his ex-wife and her current husband. The man who surrendered to police is being held in the county jail, which is in Prescott. Tracey and Jerome Lambert were discovered along U.S. 371 on Saturday evening around 9:30 PM. Police were traveling the area because they had received reports of a shooting.
According to reports by police, Tracey had been shot in the face three times. Meanwhile, Jerome took four shots to the back and to the head. Oddly enough, the event happened in an incredibly small town. The area where the people lived was a town with less than 300 people in the total population. Based on those estimates one would assume crime like this is not a regular occurrence.
However, this is an open and shut case for the investigators that have been assigned to handle the murder. Kelvin Box, the former husband of Tracey has already come forward and surrendered to police. Box surrendered on Sunday morning. He is scheduled to appear in court sometime Monday for his first appearance.

I think he should be hung by his balls and tortured. My ex husband shot me point blank with a 12 gauge shot gun and I woke up in ICU with entire right arm amputated. I am in so much pain constantly it’s unreal. I wish he was dead. But he got away with it. I was scared to testify, thought he would kill me when he got out. He got 6 months jail and plea bargained for 10 years adjudicated probation. These lunatics need to be taught they cant put their hands on some one just because the wife doesnt want to be with them any more.
