Evidence tossed in Lisa Nowak case

Judge Tosses Much of the Evidence in Alleged Astronaut Stalker Case:
It seems that everyone’s favorite diaper wearing cross country driving crazy astronaut is back in the news again. This time the headlines are in her favor.

A judge ruled that comments made by Nowak to investigators are to be thrown out since investigators allegedly took advantage of her sleep deprived state.

However all is not rosy in Crazydiaperville. Evidence seized from Nowak’s duffle bag including a steel mallet, buck knife, BB gun resembling a real 9mm handgun, gloves and six feet of rubber tubing, remains as admissible.

For those of you who are not familiar with the case Nowak was arrested in Februaray for stalking Colleen Shipman. Shipman was a romantic rival of Nowak’s since they were both allegedly competing for the affection of one former space shuttle pilot Bill Oefelein. Nowak allegedly tried to kidnap Shipman at the Orlando airport.
