Dog in the bathroom
Woman doesn’t want dog in bathroom during couple’s shower:
A 25-year-old woman from Bremerton, WA was arrested on second degree assault charges after hitting her boyfriend during an argument. The argument was about whether or not the dog should be allowed in the bathroom while the couple took a shower together.
A police report said the 26-year-old man wanted his dog to join them in the bathroom, but the woman objected on Thursday night.
She told him if the dog wouldn’t stay out, she didn’t want to be his girlfriend anymore. He replied that maybe his next girlfriend would appreciate the dog more, and called her a name.
And here’s why you should never fight in a wet room that’s made out of tile and has lots of sharp corners.
The police report said the woman punched him in the face several times and the man dislocated his shoulder when the naked couple grappled. He told police his girlfriend threw a picture frame, which broke and cut him.
I love my pets and all but there’s a time and a place for everything. This wasn’t it.

This is one of those laugh out loud kind of stories. O My Gawd, I’d have done more than dislocate his shoulder. I’m pretty sure naked, in the shower is not a good time to insult a woman who is likely to fly off the handle.

Yeah, definitely not well thought out on his part.

I can’t imagine any decent reason why he would /have/ to have his dog in the bathroom while he was taking a shower with his girlfriend. …Unless he thought they needed to give it a shower too?

I’m all for water conservation but that’s a little too much. *lol*

To his credit, maybe the dog was clingy. I had a 14 year old cocker spaniel who just died November 10 who had always slept in the bed with me. That’s what she was used to and insisted on. Well my boyfriend moved in and I told him that I wasn’t going to make her sleep anywhere else. It was a hell of a lot easier to ignore her laying at the end of the bed than listening to her whine and cry at the door if we tried to lock her out of the room. Maybe this dog would whine and scratch the door if it couldn’t be in the room with him. Just a thought.

No one seems concerned about the emotional trauma to the stink-hound! This reminds me, in a distant sorta way of the cult classic movie, “a boy and his dog.” LOL! In the movie, the dog talks psychically with his best friend the boy. Oh, yeh, while escaping a post apocalyptic community, they run short of food….and guess who winds up on the menu..nope! Not the dog!
