Death of the Dentist
State Trooper Accused Of Doctor’s Murder; Was Seeing Wife:
In 2006 Dr. John Yelenic was going through a nasty divorce. So nasty in fact that he feared for his life. And he was right. Dr. Yelenic was found dead on April 13, 2006. The crime scene indicated there was some kind of brutal struggle. However Dr. Yelenic had a contingency plan in case he was ever found dead. He had commissioned his lawyer to investigate his death if he was found dead because he suspected that his wife would be behind it. What did his wife have to gain by his death?
John Yelenic’s attorney told the grand jury that Michelle Yelenic stood to lose $2,800 a month in support once the couple’s divorce was finalized and stood to gain $1 million in life insurance if John Yelenic died.
Michelle Yelenic probably thought she had the perfect instrument of death in boyfriend Pennsylvania State Trooper Kevin Foley. She couldn’t have been more wrong. Foley left an evidence trail a mile long behind him and is now being charged with Dr. Yelenic’s murder.
No charges have been filed against Michelle Yelenic as of yet.
Thanks to my lovely and talented wife Jade for the link.
