Crying rape can get someone killed
Wife convicted after husband fatally shoots lover:
Tracy Denise Roberson was convicted Friday for killing her lover…sort of.
In 2006 Roberson’s husband, Darrell Roberson, found her in their bed with another man. Mrs. Roberson upon seeing her husband cried rape. Her lover/victim, Devin LaSalle, tried to escape in his truck. However Mr. Roberson fired four shots into LaSalle’s truck killing him.
The prosecution was able to prove that Mrs. Roberson and LaSalle were having an affair.
A murder charge against the husband was dropped.
