Cross dresser’s marriage annuled

by Trench on December 26th, 2007

Appellate court upholds annulment:
We run the gamut here at P4L in regards to the humor spectrum. We go from the devastatingly tragic to the uproariously funny. This story defines the uproarious part. I can’t even do it justice more than the first paragraph of the actual article…

A woman whose future husband lied about his financial condition and his previous marriages, then didn’t keep his promise to stop dressing in women’s clothes is entitled to have the marriage annulled, the Arizona Court of Appeals ruled.

Yeah you read that right. Women’s clothes.

Anyway Ronald Cuthbertson met his wife Kumiko over the internet. She barely understood English but Cuthbertson told her that he was about to come into a sum of money in upwards of $1M. The two were married in Japan then moved to Tuscon where Cuthbertson sponged off of his wife. He also lied about his previous marriages…

He also told Kumiko he had been married just twice before; the actual number was three to four different women, including once to a prostitute.

Apparently Kumiko wasn’t down with his cross dressing either.

And Pelander cited Ronald’s “continued cross-dressing despite his promise to Kumiko before the marriage to desist.”

A hooker marrying, no job having crossdresser? Yeah, that’s got annulment written all over it.
